About me:

I'm responsible for the day-to-day management of the SU staff team and to ensure that officers have the necessary support and guidance. As Director I am responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the Students’ Union and ensuring that the SU operates in a legally complaint manner and manages its resources to best achieve its charitable objectives. I love working with sabbs and young leaders every year, working to improve the student experience.

I am originally from Cardiff but have lived in Noth Wales for 15 years. I studied here at Bangor University as an undergraduate student and worked as the elected UMCB President for two years after graduating.  Between 2012-2022 I worked as a local councillor in Bangor and worked as a Cabinet Member for children social services, youth and leisure services and Deputy Leader of Gwynedd Council. I love everything Welsh, singing and eating lots of chocolate!!
