Hi! I’m Rose, and I’m your new VP For Education! Before starting this role, I did my undergraduate and masters degrees in Zoology at Bangor, with my research focusing on poison frog colour genetics. Alongside this, I did a lot of work with Undeb Bangor, having various committee roles in multiple clubs and societies, as well as being a course rep and a network leader. In this role, I want to improve the course rep system, updating it for our increasingly digital world, increase our study spaces, improve timetabling, and empower students to take action to make change both in our university and in wider society. I also want to continue to campaign for social justice and human rights, as I’ve done throughout my time here. I look forward to working with all of you to improve the student experience here at Bangor!"
