Bangor University Pole Fitness is an all-inclusive aerial sports club welcoming to all abilities.
We have different classes for those at different stages to help cater to our member's needs and requirements: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced and are a club that values our individual members and encourages those that are new to the sport.
What's happening this week/ Beth sy'n digwydd yr wythnos yma:
►TASTER SESSION = September 21st 18:00 - 21:00 ~ ROR 4th floor pontio
►TASTER SESSION = September 22nd 18:00 - 21:00 ~ ROR 4th floor pontio
►Advice for taster sessions: Remove any jewelry/ Tynnu unrhyw gemaith. ► Don't moisture 24 hours prior (moisturisers cause the poles to grease = higher risk of injury)/ Peidiwch â lleithio 24 awr o flaen llaw (yn achosi i'r polion iro = risg uwch o anafu), ► Wear clothes you can easily move in/ Gwisgo dillad sy'n hawdd i symyd yn... Feel free to wear shorts but for those not wanting to show too much skin we do have a silicone pole which can be used when fully clothed/ Mae'n bosib gwisgo dillad gyfa oes dwyt ddim eisiau dangos gormod o croen. Mae yna'r opsiwn o'r polyn silicôn.
