Student parking should remain free of charge for commuters for academic year 24/25. 

The cost of living has hit students partically hard and the allocation of student parking is insuffecient. Therefore I propose that parking should remain free for those students that have to travel into campus.

In particular, students that spend little time on campus due to essential work experience placements, e.g School of Nursing and School of Education students would benefit greatly from the continuation of this scheme.
